CHICAGO -- The Chicago Bears' Lance Briggs has been voted second-team All-Pro at outside linebacker, an honor that initially belonged to Houston Texans linebacker Brian Cushing, who lost his place on the squad because of a recent suspension for testing positive for a performing-enhancing drug last September.
